Additional Charges:
Hearing day is any portion of a day up to 8 hours. Travel time: pro-rated per diem fee for any portion of a travel day up to 8 hours. Actual cost of reasonable expense, including: airfare, railfare, car rental, food and lodging. Automobile mileage is charged at the applicable IRS expense rate. Actual expenses for copying, phone and administrative assistance are charged.
