Cancellation:

Additional Charges: 
Each day of hearing, regardless of length, per diem charge. Study of record and preparation opinion, minimum fee of 1 per diem day. 2 per diem days for 12 to 17.5 hours of study and preparation. After 16 hours, for each additional 2 to 5.5 hours, one-half day charge and 6 to 9.5 hours a full day charge. Following is a listing showing the number of hours and the equivalent number of per diem days. The majority of an hour will be considered an hour. Thus, 11 hours and 31 minutes will be considered 12 hours. 1 to 9.5 hours - 1 per diem day, 10 to 11.5 hours - 1.5 per diem day, 12 to 17.5 hours - 2 per diem days, 18 to 21.5 hours - 2.5 per diem days, 22 to 25.5 hours - 3 per diem days, 26 to 29.5 hours - 3.5 per diem days, 30 to 33.5 hours - 4 per diem days, 34 to 37.5 hours - 4.5 per diem days, 38 to 41.5 hours - 5 per diem days, 22 to 25.5 hours - 3 per diem days. Travel time: No fee. Parties are billed for travel expenses such as airfare, lodging and auto mileage. Charged postage for mailing award or exchanging briefs and 10 cents/page duplicating and printing casts. Payment due upon receipt, if presents difficulty, no later than 30 days after issuance. If foregoing is not acceptable to either party, please so inform me prior to hearing date.
