IV. Office status

* Approve cost of desk purchase from IPI in the amount of $970.00.

* Approve cost of FMCS mediator training for staff in the amount of $4,000.00.

* Approve purchase of Adobe Acrobat Pro 2020 – License in the amount of $340.83.

* Approve court reporter cost for Case No. 102511 – Objection to Recertification Election – Marcia McKinley vs. Johnson County et al.

* Luttrell-Bainter provided the budget to the Board on December 8, 2020 and January 6, 2021.

V. Consider new and pending Cases (Board may go into closed session pursuant to Iowa Code Sec. 21.5(1)(d),(f) if applicable)

* None

VI. New Business (Board may go into closed session pursuant to Iowa Code Section 21.5(1)(a),(i) if applicable)

Present at meeting: Gannon, Helland, Machir, Bolte, DeSmet, Sarajlija, Luttrell-Bainter

I. Approval of agenda, Helland moved, Gannon seconded, unanimously approved.

II. Approval of November 9, 2020 minutes, Helland moved, Gannon seconded, unanimously approved.

III. Office status

* Helland moved to approve court reporter costs for Case No. 102494 – Wapello County/Teamsters, Gannon seconded, unanimously approved.

* Helland moved to approve court reporter costs for Case No. 102507 – Onawa/AFSCME, Gannon seconded, unanimously approved.

* Helland moved to approve Smartsheet software in the amount of $7,332.37 using T&T funds, Gannon seconded, unanimously approved.

* Helland moved to approve the purchase of 6 sets of Iowa Code in the amount of $900.00 from LSA, Gannon seconded, unanimously approved.

* Helland moved to approve the cost of 4 copies of the Iowa Educational Directory, Gannon seconded, unanimously approved.

* Helland moved to approve the schedule for Spring 2021 Retention and Recertification election, Gannon seconded, unanimously approved.

* Luttrell-Bainter provided the budget to the Board on November 18 and December 3, 2020.

IV. Consider new and pending Cases (Board may go into closed session pursuant to Iowa Code Sec. 21.5(1)(d),(f) if applicable)

* None
