Present at meeting: Cormack, Van Fossen, Gannon, Bolte, Luttrell

I. Cormack moved to approve the agenda, Gannon seconded; unanimously approved.

II. Van Fossen moved to approve the February 2, 2017 minutes, Gannon seconded; unanimously approved.

III. Public Comment: None (no one present)

IV. Office status

* Bolte gave Impasse 2017 update including the State cases that have interest arbitrators selected.

* Legislative review update. There is a public hearing this evening regarding changes to chapter 20. The board will respond to a request for a fiscal note. Legislature continues to work on changes to chapter 20 and we will continue to respond to all requests.
