Present at meeting: Gannon, Helland, Bolte, DeSmet (zoom), Luttrell-Bainter
Public Comment (Citizens are allowed to speak on any agenda item or general operation of the agency with the exception of item (VI.) and any other pending cases. Members of the public are allowed a 2 minute limit per speaker.)
I. Approval of agenda, Helland moved, Gannon seconded, unanimously approved.
II. Approval of January 22, 2021 minutes, Helland moved, Gannon seconded, unanimously approved.
III. Office status
* Helland moved to approve court reporter costs for the consolidated hearings of Case Nos. 102523, Davenport Community School District and AFSMCE Iowa Council 61, and 102528, Davenport Community School District and Davenport Educational Services Association, Gannon seconded, unanimously approved.
* Helland moved to approve proposed amendments to Iowa Administrative Code 621, Chapters 2, 4, 5, 7, and 15 be placed on PERB's website for feedback, Gannon seconded, unanimously approved.
* Helland moved to approve a change in the cell phone plan to include hotspot capabilities. This will increase the cost of the plan by less than $100.00 annually, Gannon seconded, unanimously approved.
IV. Consider new and pending Cases (Board may go into closed session pursuant to Iowa Code Sec. 21.5(1)(d),(f) if applicable).

VII. Next tentative meeting date is to be determined at a later date and will be held in the Jessie Parker Building, PERB Law Library.
