PERB Administrative Rules - Notice of Intended Action

PERB filed a Notice of Intended Action to amend chapter 15. These amendments relate to the method of submission of eligible voter lists for the retention and recertification elections. The proposed amendment requires employers to submit eligible voter lists through PERB’s secure upload filing system rather than by email.

PERB intends to implement these changes for the fall 2022 retention and recertification election.

A public hearing will be held on August 2, 2022, starting at 10:00 am by video conference. If interested in attending, please email PERB at iaperb@iowa.gov to request the video conference link.
