PERB Administrative Rules-Adopted Amendments Effective 2/22/2023

On July 1, 2024, PERB duties were assigned to the Emploment Appeal Board (EAB). Effective December 3, iowaperb.iowa.gov will no longer be available and all information will be found at the EAB's website, eab.iowa.gov.
