Can I file requests for impasse services, CEO annual reports and accompanying documents using PERB's e-filing system?

On July 1, 2024, PERB duties were assigned to the Emploment Appeal Board (EAB). Effective December 3, iowaperb.iowa.gov will no longer be available and all information will be found at the EAB's website, eab.iowa.gov. However, the updated CPI is available on the EAB site now.
Answer:
Requests for impasse services must be emailed to iaperb@iowa.gov using the form provided on our website under FORMS. However, PERB annual reports and accompanying documents must be electronically filed using the agency's E-Flex system.
