How do I electronically file a document?

On July 1, 2024, PERB duties were assigned to the Emploment Appeal Board (EAB). Effective December 3, iowaperb.iowa.gov will no longer be available and all information will be found at the EAB's website, eab.iowa.gov. However, the updated CPI is available on the EAB site now.

You must first request an E-Flex account and have your E-Flex account approved by PERB before you can file. The link to request an E-Flex account, the information sheet regarding e-filing and helpful tips when e-filing ("cheat sheet") can be found on the e-filing login page.
